Silkroad Online Description
Silkroad Online is a fantasy MMORPG set in an alternate fictional version of the historical Silkroad. In it, players take one of three jobs, each of which influence the trade routes. The historical Silkroad was as a series of trading paths between the East and West regions, generally connecting Europe and Asia. Because of the social, political, and economic factors, the Silkroad was populated not just by merchants, but also bandits, bodyguards, mercenaries, and the military.Players in Silkroad Online choose one of the 3 jobs. Although there are technically no classes in Silkroad Online, each job has specializations and skills that help perform their tasks and accomplish their goals. Players also choose between the European or Chinese Races. The European Race has access to Melee, Caster, and Buffer Masteries. Meanwhile, the Chinese Race has the Weapon and Force Masteries.
Silkroad Online features large open areas that mirror real world locations as well as some fictional fantasy regions. The world map is separated by the Islam, Europe, China, West Asia, Asia Minor, Western China, Central Asia, Taklamakan, Oasis Kingdom, Egypt, Taoist World, Heaven, and India.
