Perfect World Description
Perfect World is an MMORPG set in the fictional fantasy world based on ancient Chinese myths and legends. The world was created by Pan Gu, separating the Yin (Sky) and Earth (Yang). But it is a world beset by evil, notably the Wraiths, undead beings seeking to consume life and destroy the perfect world Pan Gu created.
Players in Perfect World create new characters by first choosing one of the 6 playable races: Human, Winged Elf, Tideborn, Untamed, Earthguard, and Nightshade. Each Perfect World race has 2 to 3 classes available to them. Humans can become a Blademaster, Technician, or Wizard. Winged Elf has access to the Archer, Cleric, and Edgerunner. Tideborn can become an Assassin or Psychic. Untamed classes are the Barbarian and Venomancer. Earthguard can become Seeker or Mystic. And the Nightshade race can choose either Duskblade or Stormbringer.
One of the major features in Perfect World is the ability to fly. This is accomplished through the use of Aerogear, which are flying mounts or wearable equipment. While the Winged Elf race can fly on their own power starting at level 1, but the other races require Aerogear. Players in Perfect World begin at the Celestial Vale where they learn the basics. This is also the location where they can first acquire Genies, mounts, flying gear, and Fashion items.
Guilds in Perfect World can have as many as 200 members. Players can form parties or join the Territory War. Guilds that win in Territory War can take control of territories that can reward coins to acquire specific benefits and buffs. In addition, players can have Homesteads. This requires at least a character at level 70. These Homesteads can perform crafting and harvesting, as well as other useful amenities.
