Lost Ark Description
The setting of Lost Ark takes place between the world of Arkesia. Every player can traverse the world with their own Ark, to hunt for treasure and explore the many areas of the game. Ships in Lost Ark are inspired by the galleons and other large ships during the historical Age of Sail.
Lost Ark features 5 base classes with more specific classes under them. The base classes in Lost Ark are the Warrior, Martial Artist, Gunner, Mage, and Assassin. Examples of more specific classes are the Berserker, Paladin, and Gunlancer from the Warrior Base class, while the Summoner and Bard are under the Mage class. Future updates to the game plan on expanding this list of classes further.
Lost Ark will prominently feature sailing to travel distant locations as a key part of the game. The world of Arkesia will have locations such as the city-state of Rethramis organized by the priests of the God of Light, Regulus, the salt covered lands of Yudia, the prosperous lands of East Luterra, and many others.
Gameplay of Lost Ark will include raid bosses and cinematic dungeons, a Colosseum style 1v1 and 3v3 PVP fights. Players will also be able to play minigames and gather resources, dig for lost artifacts, and even own their own island.
