Trials of Ascension: Exile Description

Trials of Ascension: Exile is a survival MMORPG with a unique approach. In it, players get to choose the rules of survival and how the world functions. These decisions and choices include the spawn rate of plants and animals, enemies and other creatures. Other settings that can be altered include the number of lives players can have or establish permadeath.

Players can choose one of the playable races: Human, Raknar, and Dragons. It may seem like that Dragons are overpowered, but the three races all have their strengths and weaknesses. The Raknar are giant spider-like creatures. They can attack from stealth, lay webs to trap their enemies, and they can climb sheer surfaces. Dragons have to begin as young hatchlings and require rare metals to molt before becoming powerful enough to fly and breathe fire. Finally, Humans can gather resources and build structures, with the widest range of skills including group tactics and combat strategies.

The environment in Trials of Ascension: Exile is constantly changing. It has a direct effect on how player characters perform. This includes food production, raw materials needed for improvement, weather patterns that can either help or hamper their strategies, and many others.
