Should you try Final Fantasy XIV?

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn replaced Final Fantasy XIV and it brought in a lot of cool, exciting new ideas to the table. What we like a lot about Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is its story and the fact that it involves primal dragons, lunar prisons and apocalyptic events. All of these add up to bring in an amazing experience and it’s incredibly fun and rewarding. That’s why it makes a lot of sense to check it out, and you will find it very appealing.

Exciting MMO ideas

The game has a new engine, a better interface and even the gameplay is revamped. But the thing that you will like the most about Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is definitely its story. The quests are also interesting and they support the story very well while also bringing in some creative ideas to the table. It’s nice and exciting, and it definitely brings in a breath of fresh air. You do have some fetch quests here and there, but many of these are geared towards battling enemies and engaging them in combat. It’s something quite appealing for most of us, and you will certainly enjoy the way everything comes together here.

Stellar character progression

When you play an MMO, you always expect to have some sort of progression system in there. Here you will level up, improve your stats and then you can start dealing with even more challenging enemies. They have a FATE system where multiple players try to play with one another in the idea that they eliminate a massive threat. This type of thing is what makes Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn unique, and it will end up bringing you back to the game again and again.

Aside from that, you have the usual (and great) PVE and PVP, as well as Frontlines which is a large battleground where you engage enemies. They even have a meta game like For Honor where you have multiple nations trying to compete for every region. It’s definitely an interesting idea and one that people will love just because it’s different and fun to go through.

Lots of players

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has around 1.89 million players every day. Not only that, but there’s a total players of 19.86 million. It’s not the largest MMO as there are a few bigger ones, but if you start playing this you will certainly immerse yourself into the experience and just have fun for a change. It’s the type of game where you will always have fun and you will notice just how intense and exciting the game experience gets every time.

Of course, this is not the game for everyone since it has a very distinct theme and graphic style. But if those are not a problem and you want to play a very good, rewarding and exciting title with lots of creative ideas, then this is definitely one of the best. It’s a nice game and one that you will like more than you imagine just because it’s exciting, full of nice ideas and it will definitely bring in new ways to immerse yourself into MMO worlds.

It has an average of 360k players every day, and a total of 12.69 million players. That’s a lot of people playing this game every day. Also, the interesting thing is that they announced a new expansion, so the game is not going anywhere.

While it’s not the most popular MMO right now, it’s definitely out there. There are many reasons behind that, one of them being the really impressive game world. The story in Guild Wars 2 is not the best, a lot of players know that.

Yet what really makes Guild Wars 2 different is the massive game world, great cities you can explore and the fact that there are so many different races. You get to feel a part of the game world and it’s vibrant, it has its own economy and you are a part of something greater.

One of the best combat systems

Most MMOs require you to just click and the character attacks automatically. Things are different with Guild Wars 2. The game is bringing a skill-based combat system. You have a lot of skills to choose from and you will need to use them wisely if you want to win over your enemies. It’s a very interesting idea and one that continues to expand in regards to the gameplay and rewarding attention to detail.

Also, the developers listen to the customers. Initially then level cap in Guild Wars was 20, now it’s 80+ and it makes a lot more sense. They bring in a true focus on exploration, crafting and experimenting within the game. It’s interesting and it offers you reasons to come back.

Why do people come back to Guild Wars 2?
